A standard private karaoke room hire booking is for 2 hours. If you book on the website your booking will be for this period of time. However, if you wish to have a longer booking, please email hello@luckyvoice.com, or ring one of the bars directly (contact details can be found on each individual venue page).

An exclusive area at one of our bars is just for you and your group to enjoy food and drink in and doesn’t include room hire. Vice versa, a booking in one of our karaoke rooms doesn’t come with an exclusive area in the bar area afterwards. To discuss booking an exclusive area in conjunction with a room hire, please get in touch on hello@luckyvoice.com.

Yes, you are able to book an area in the bar for before/after your sing, or simply if you fancy popping down purely for some drinks and food. You can book a table here.

Lucky Voice Soho is strictly an over 21 venue and Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Islington, Holborn and Brighton are strictly 18+ venues. We do cater for under 18s, however these are limited to particular times. Please contact the venue directly to book if anyone under 21 or 18 is joining you on the big day. Sometimes there is no space at your selected time, or your booking may be too big to fit into one room, so we need to offer you other options such as multiple room hire.

For other bookings such as cocktail masterclasses and kids parties we need to book these in manually. Please fill in the enquiry form that appears and our team will do their best to accommodate your booking.

Bookings are confirmed when payment is received for the event - have a chat with our team at hello@luckyvoice.com if you have any questions about this. We also recommend checking out our T&Cs prior to booking, as well as before you join us on the day.

Simply reply to your confirmation email or email hello@luckyvoice.com quoting your booking reference along with the requested changes and we'll do our best to accommodate it. To check our booking terms and conditions please click here.

We recommend arriving a least 10 minutes prior to your sing to ensure you start on time and don't miss out on any valuable singing time. You can also grab a drink in our bar area before to get those vocal cords lubricated!

All of our venues are located close to public transport links with paid and street parking available on surrounding streets where appropriate. If you have any questions, please give your venue a call and we will do our best to direct you!

You bet there is! Every Lucky Voice venue boasts a world class cocktail bar, and you are very much encouraged to pop in before/after your sing for a couple of drinks. And if you don’t fancy karaoke, you’re still able to visit for free!

Yes, our Liverpool Street venue has a beautiful outdoor terrace! Located in Devonshire Square’s landscaped avenue, from Mon - Fri you can sip sundowners until 8.30pm before singing the night away in our amazing party venue.

For exclusive use of the whole venue, we will ask for a minimum spend to be paid upfront which can be a combination of food and drinks. This can be allocated to a pre-set amount of drinks which we can have ready for your arrival or this can be put towards a bar tab to allow your guests the freedom to choose on the night. If this bar tab is exceeded, you can choose to extend this (settled by card at the end of your event) or guests will be required to pay for their own drinks. Depending on the date of the event, we can allow a 50% upfront payment to hold your date provided that the remaining balance is settled no later than 30 days prior to the event. Our full Terms & Conditions can be found here.

All of our bookings require either a 50% deposit or full payment in advance depending on what type of booking you are looking to make.

When you’re ready to place your booking, we can send a secure payment link to your email to complete with a credit or debit card of your choice. Alternatively, we can provide an invoice with our BACS details but please let us know as we will need to track your payment.

For standard karaoke bookings we require 72 hours notice or more to cancel and refund any deposit. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full deposit. Please note that all rooms are allocated based on group size and therefore have a minimum capacity charge: if you book a room for 10 and only 4 people show up on the night, you will still have to pay for the full amount.

For private hire bookings we need over 14 days notice to refund the deposit and for Christmas bookings we need over 60 days notice. We do this to recover the cost we have incurred by blocking out a room from other bookings and enquiries. For a full list of our T&Cs regarding cancellation, click here.

We need over 14 days notice to cancel and refund brunch tickets. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 14 days notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full cost of each brunch ticket. We do this to recover the cost we have incurred by blocking out spaces at one of our brunches from other bookings and enquiries, as they are high demand events that tend to sell out. We need over 14 days notice to cancel and refund a cocktail masterclass booking. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 14 days notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full cocktail masterclass amount. We do this to recover the preparation cost we have incurred in setting the cocktail masterclass up, and also to offset the cost of blocking out spaces at one of our venues from other bookings and enquiries. For kids party bookings we require 72 hours notice or more to cancel and refund any deposit. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full deposit. All Lucky Voice venues have a variety of drinks packages available - please click here. You can add these packages by emailing hello@luckyvoice.com.

Please note, drinks packages can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer, including the free round of shots offer for birthdays and hen and stags. Drinks packages are limited to one package per room and aren’t available during our Christmas period (21st Nov - 23rd Dec 2025). Prices vary depending on venue, day and time.

Yes! All of our rooms have their very own "Thirsty" button for you to order as much food and drink as your heart desires during your sing - all of which can be consumed in your private room.

We are unable to allow outside beverages into the venue, however all of our venues have fully stocked bars with a variety of alcoholic + low and no beverages for you to enjoy! Similarly, the only outside food we can allow is a birthday cake or a similar dessert to be enjoyed in the main bar space.

At all of our venues, we can provide pizzas and bar snacks. However, Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street and Holborn feature a finger food buffet menu filled with delightful food options to keep the crowd satiated! We have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available for you and your guests to enjoy.

Private Karaoke - A reservation inside your own private pod for you and your guests to unleash your inner diva or rockstar. You will have access to our catalogue of over 13,000 songs, a touch screen interface and 2 microphones (along with a few tambourines). Cocktail and food room service can also be provided by using our “Thirsty” button. Reservations can be made online or by contacting the venue of your choice. If we don’t have the first choice available, get in touch with our team and they will help you find a fabulous alternative!

Exclusive Areas - Planning to spend the evening with us? Let us arrange a reserved area in our bar for you to use as a base throughout the evening. As part of our standard Meetings & Conference packages, you will have access to basic WiFi throughout your stay with us. However, we can provide video conferencing from an external supplier for an additional cost. Please speak to our team at hello@luckyvoice.com.

Yes, Lucky Voice Holborn & Liverpool Street come equipped with a projector and screen if you need to show a presentation during the course of the day. Additionally, we can also provide a microphone, flip charts and more to make sure your voice is heard. Kids parties are held on Sundays at all venues, plus Saturdays at Holborn, and Sun-Fri at Waterloo - however times vary dependent on the venue:

Generally we ask that children are aged 11+. However, there is some flexibility with regards to younger parties dependent on the General Manager of each venue’s discretion. If you’d like to enquire about a kids party for children younger than 11 years of age, please pop an email over to hello@luckyvoice.com or call 0207 439 3660 directly.

Yes, we ask that at least one adult is present in the venue for every 4 children throughout the entire duration of the kids party. Adults don’t have to pay to be in the booths supervising, and are also welcome to relax in our bar area while the kids tire themselves out singing – we have an array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.

Of course! However, we do ask that you consume this in the bar area rather than our private karaoke rooms. Please note we cannot allow sparkling candles due to health and safety reasons. We also cannot provide cutlery or plates, so please feel free to bring some along if you wish! 

Please note that your party, including the birthday cake and sing, must be finished by a certain time at each venue due to the different licences of each of our venues on different days. Speak to a member of our sales team directly for the different times that kids parties need to finish.

As part of the Platinum Kids Party Package we can provide a chocolate cake, GF carrot cake or Victoria sponge with candles. If you have a preference of flavour, please let our sales team know when making your booking.

As part of the Gold or Platinum Kids Party Packages each child gets half a pizza. You can choose on the day from the menu. Please check out the menu for your desired venue here.

As part of the Silver or Gold Kids Party Package, each child may pick one of the following soft drinks: Coca Cola, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, sparkling water, fruit juices or bottled water.

As part of the Platinum Kids Party Package, each child may pick one of the following mocktails: Hakuna Matata (apple, lychee & lemon juice, elderflower cordial, Maraschino cherry & lemonade) or Into the Unknown (passion fruit & raspberry purée, vanilla syrup, lychee & pineapple juice).

The Lucky Voice brunches run every Saturday at the following times:

Of course! We are able to substitute our brunch’s alcoholic cocktails for a non-alcoholic or soft drink option, however, please note that the brunch ticket price will remain the same.

All of our brunches cater to a range of dietary options including vegan and vegetarian options, however we are unable to cater for any other specific dietary requirements. We do allow coeliacs to bring their own food if necessary. For more information, please email hello@luckyvoice.com.

Christmas is our busiest time of year and we get super booked up most days. We recommend booking as early on in the year as possible in order to avoid disappointment!

During Christmas period (21st Nov - 23rd Dec) all private karaoke room hire bookings need to be paid in full in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer 50% deposit options to secure your room as this is our busiest time of year.

Yes, we work with some great suppliers that can add a little something extra to your event this Christmas - from specialist bands, to magicians and contortionists! Please contact hello@luckyvoice.com for more details and costs.

Yes, we have our Xmas Cheers package! The package contains: 2 hours of private room karaoke, 2 house drinks and 1 house shot.

The cost of the Xmas Cheers package is:

- £25 at Lucky Voice Brighton

- £28 at Lucky Voice Islington

- £30 at all other Lucky Voice venues

Buying a ticket for one of our Christmas karaoke brunches provides:

- 2 hours of private room karaoke

- Free flowing drink (either sparkling wine or Gin'gle Bell Rock cocktail *non-alcoholic version available*)

- Pizza at all London venues (Margherita, Pepperoni, Mushroom & Spinach, Pepperoni & Jalapeño) and bagels + sides at Brighton

- Mince pies

Our Christmas karaoke brunches are available exclusively in November and December. These dates are yet to be confirmed but keep an eye out as we get closer to the time!

Times for the Christmas karaoke brunches are as follows:

12:00-14:00PM or 12:30-14:30PM at Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Soho, Islington and Brighton

15:00-17:00PM or 15:30-17:30PM at Lucky Voice Holborn

Yes - and they make the perfect gift! Our gift vouchers are available on the Lucky Voice Shop, and come in versions of £20 or £50. They can be redeemed against private karaoke room hire, food or drink, as well as experiences such as cocktail masterclasses, brunch and kids parties. Under no circumstances are strippers permitted in any of our venues.

We allow balloons in our private karaoke rooms during your sing, however any other decorations, including confetti, are not permitted in our venues. If you have any specific questions about this please email hello@luckyvoice.com.
