You can make a booking online, by calling our venues directly or simply walking into the venue of your choice. We do recommend making bookings in advance to guarantee you’ll secure a room as we are regularly very busy, especially in the evening.

A standard private karaoke room hire booking is for 2 hours (excluding the "Karaoke Marathon" in January 2024 which is valid for 4 hours). If you book on the website, your booking will be for this period of time. However, if you wish to have a longer booking, please email hello@luckyvoice.com, or ring one of the bars directly (contact details an be found on each individual venue page).

• Holborn - 30 people
• Waterloo - 25 people
• Liverpool Street - 25 people
• Islington and Brighton - 20 people
• Soho - 15 people

For larger groups, we are able to offer multiple room options. Each room comes with 2 microphones. Please note, all rooms are subject to minimum numbers which vary according to the day. For more information on this, please email hello@luckyvoice.com.

Sometimes there is no space at your selected time, however sometimes your booking may be too big to fit into one room, so we need to offer you other options such as multiple room hire. For other bookings such as cocktail masterclasses and kids party we need to book these in manually. Please fill in the enquiry form that appears and our team will do their best to accommodate your booking.

All of our bookings require either a 50% deposit or full payment in advance depending on what type of booking you are looking to make.

Simply reply to your confirmation email or email hello@luckyvoice.com quoting your booking reference along with the requested changes and we'll do our best to accommodate it. To check our booking terms and conditions please click here.

For standard karaoke bookings we require 72 hours notice or more to cancel and refund any deposit. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full deposit. Please note that all rooms are allocated based on group size and therefore have a minimum capacity charge: if you book a room for 10 and only 4 people show up on the night, you will still have to pay for the full amount. For private hire bookings we need over 14 days notice to refund the deposit and for Christmas bookings we need over 60 days notice. We do this to recover the cost we have incurred by blocking out a room from other bookings and enquiries. For a full list of our T&Cs regarding cancellation, click here.

Lucky Voice Soho is strictly an over 21s venue and Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Islington, Holborn and Brighton are strictly 18+ venues. We do cater for under 18s, however these are limited to particular times. Please contact the venue directly to book if anyone under 21 or 18 is joining you on the big day. Yes, you are able to book an area in the bar for before/after your sing, or simply if you fancy popping down purely for some drinks and food at our Holborn, Waterloo, Liv St, Islington and Brighton bars. Please email hello@luckyvoice.com with the date, time and number of people and our team will be happy to help. Please note, for our Soho venue tables cannot be booked and are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Yes, all our venues are available for full venue hire. Prices are bespoke, so please email hello@luckyvoice.com with the date you're after and our team will do their best to make your event the best it can be!

All Lucky Voice venues have a variety of drinks packages available: LV Drinks Packages. You can add these packages by emailing hello@luckyvoice.com.

N.B: Drinks packages can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer at Lucky Voice including the free round of shots that birthday and hen/stag bookings usually receive; drinks packages are limited to one package/room; and drinks packages aren’t available during our Christmas period. Prices vary depending on venue, day and time.

Our Brighton, Islington and Waterloo venues are all wheelchair accessible. Our Liverpool Street, Soho and Holborn venues do not have disabled access. For more information please email hello@luckyvoice.com.

Yes - and they make the perfect gift! Our gift vouchers are available on the Lucky Voice Shop, and come in quantities of £20 and £50. They can be redeemed against private karaoke room hire, food or drink, as well as experiences such as cocktail masterclasses, brunch and kids parties. To redeem, simply email hello@luckyvoice.com with your voucher number and this will be added onto your booking notes.
